BACK TO BASICS | Why you should at least own 4 pairs of jeans!

Hello, it's me.. I was wondering if after all these years(months) you'd like to meet..

Hi everyone yes, yes, it's me again and I just went all Adele on you.
I came back with something as simple as jeans but I want to talk about them because I know people who have trouble with them and that is completely OKAY but I'll show you why you should at least own 4 pairs of jeans and of course I'll tell you which ones.
This applies for boys and girls so if you're a guy and thought that I wasn't writing for you, I AM, so keep reading and enjoy my recommendations.

1. Light wash jeans, perfect for the day and they go with basically everything except if they have an undertone color which I recommend that you do not buy any pair of jeans with an undertone color like green, purple, yellow-ish, red.. etc, no just no.

2. Dark wash jeans, these are sooo for the night but that doesn't mean I'm not letting you wear them in the day.. that'll be ridiculous but they do look great at night and because they're darker they make you look a bit more formal and if you pair them with a blazer, well there you go all dressed up for a cool fancy dinner with your friends, maybe you can even go to the club like that! You need at least one pair of these in your closet, again.. remember I'm talking about basics.

3.White jeans, if you're looking for a clean, fresh look then you just grab your white jeans and add any top you'd like. If you do not own a pair of these then I am seriously worried about you.

4. And last but not least.. black jeans, I die for black jeans because they make you look like a fashionista, they're great for every occasion and anyone would look cool in these, I'm talking serious business here, they're basic and your closet becomes 100 better when you own black jeans or any of these jeans cause it's also easier to dress when you have the basics.

After you are sure you own these jeans.. the variations come such as ripped jeans in any of these colors or even jeans in other colors like dark green, gray, camel or whatever you like. They work the same way but always making you look more messy-cool-relaxed and obviously they're not a formal thing to wear.

TREND ALERT! | OFF THE SHOULDER

What's up everybody! I came back to talk about girly stuff because well... I'm a girl and yeah sometimes I can be girly too. 

You read it right, TREND ALERT. This is me talking to you about something that it's in your favorite stores right now but maybe you're not putting a lot of attention to it, this amazing piece of clothing is not getting enough credit, but I'm telling you that this summer it will be the bomb and everyone will own one sooner or later but because we like fashion and we should own it sooner than our friends and family and simple mortals.

Also you need to know that right now the prices of these shirts are really affordable so again.. go to the mall and get at least one because it will become a must have this season and as we all know when something becomes so popular the price will rise.. like.. a lot.

Here may I present you the nicest, softest, freshest and also very delicate shirt/blouse! And if you are not very self confident about your arms but you do like to show a little bit of skin like me, then this will be your best friend forever.. or at least for this summer.

If you wanna keep doing that boho style, here's how, also in the picture above you can see a traditional Mexican embroidered so yes you can also buy shirts like this at your local markets or somewhere that you know sells traditional Mexican clothes.

And last but not least, this is for the girls who are a bit more romantic or like to keep it classy.

Wednesdays of Mexican Designers | M O T Z

Hello everyone! So as you probably already read in the title, I'm gonna be making Wednesdays of Mexican designers, why Mexican? because I'm Mexican that's why!
Also that doesn't mean that I'll stop posting about other things, this is just me trying for you to know about our talented people! So if you like this idea then don't miss my blog on Wednesdays....and every other day too!

So anyway, today I'm gonna talk to you about M O T Z.

Motz or M O T Z is a brand that someone I know created a couple of years ago, his name is Raymundo Montiel as you can see in the picture above, you need to know that he exclusively designs and creates clothes for men which I think it's a unique thing because nowadays most designers make things just for women.

I could say and because of what I read.. his brand is very urban, inspired in architecture, art, music but yet it's very minimalist just in case you were already picturing something crazy, no. It's simple with clean and fresh lines and I bet you my favorite shoes that whoever owns something from this brand is someone with a creative mind and someone who you won't stop staring at because of how cool they look.. and well.. who doesn't want that? I do!

I am proud to say that he graduated from the college where I am right now!
I'm studying something else but.. that's not the point. 
He also has collaborated and done styling for important projects here in Mexico so 5 for you Ray, 5 for you! 
He is one of the very few people that I've met in my short life that it's not afraid of being and showing who they really are and I'm not exactly talking about feelings or something real deep, but about style, he likes what he likes, he wears what's good for him and he has that attitude that we all want to accomplish every morning when we wake up and we put on some "cool or pretty" clothes.

So.. now I'll show you a bit of his work that I personally like a lot and if I was a man I would buy them, remember we are supporting our local designers and I'm showing you that we do own talented people.

Boho Madness!

Good day everyone! 

I know a lot of you girls clicked on the link because oh my god BOHO! Well yes I would've done that too because who doesn't adore this style? ..Well if you don't there's probably something wrong with you. 
But hey am I the only one who hasn't said anything about it? So yeah finally this post is about some boho fashion-inspiration.. just be really careful, don't make it overrated! We don't want that, no joke I've seen fashion blogs completely dedicated to this style, it's crazy.

But hey enough with that talk and let's enjoy some fringes, beautiful embroidered patterns, puff balls, and overwhelming jewelry..

I went a bit crazy here.. but it's worth it, take the inspiration of what you liked the most and DIY or go out there and FIND IT! A little recommendation that I'm going to give you is that most of these things like the clutches, jewelry, and even some of the clothes and bags you can find them way more cheaper with their original creators which are mexican, peruvian, native american cultures, they hand-make all of these, also they need the money so that's where we come up, we buy what we like for a cheap price and we help the ones who deserve it for their hard work!
